Hi! I’m so excited that you’re continuing your journey in the YES to Fluency Community.

Before you sign up, there are a few things I want to be clear about: what you’re getting, what you can expect, and how I’ll support you. If you have any questions at all, just drop me a message. I’m always happy to chat things through.

Terms and Conditions

The terms and conditions below apply to your subscription to the YES to Fluency community, provided by Your English Self.

Please read them carefully, as they explain your rights and responsibilities and describe what you can expect from the programme. These terms are subject to your rights under applicable Spanish and EU consumer law, which we fully respect and comply with.

Subscription Details

Upon payment of the annual fee or first monthly payment, you’ll retain access to the community and all its features 

  1. Live sessions: Conversation sessions / Reset workshops

     

  2. Resource Bank

     

  3. Private Online Community Space in Mighty Networks with regular features

Conversation sessions

  • Led by Lisa Wood via Zoom

     

  • Includes:

     2 x 60-minute sessions a month (Dates/times provided in community platform. These sessions will be recorded and available for 7 days.

Reset Workshops

  •  Quarterly workshops (75 minutes) Dates and times in community platform. These sessions will be recorded and available for 14 days 

 
Private Community

  • This space offers:

  • Support and encouragement

  • A bank of additional resource
  • Conversation practice opportunities
  • Regular weekly features to encourage participation

Behaviour & Conduct

Kindness, curiosity and respect are non-negotiable in our community.
If your behaviour is found to be offensive or disruptive, I reserve the right to remove you from the programme without a refund.

What You Can Expect

  • Sessions may occasionally need to be rescheduled due to unforeseen circumstances. I’ll always do my best to agree on a suitable time with the group.

     

  • Your results depend on your participation. Showing up, doing the work, and using the support available will give you the best chance of success.

     

  • The programme includes a mix of personalised coaching and general language advice. If you’d like more support, you can upgrade to YES to Fluency Accelerator, which includes:

     

    • 1:1 coaching sessions and self-study materials

The content is delivered entirely in English. No translations are provided.

Payment Terms

  • You can pay the monthly subscription fee of 27.00 euros or an annual fee of 270 euros (2 months for free)
  • If you’re on a payment plan and a payment fails, I’ll contact you to help resolve the issue. Repeated failed payments may result in a pause in your access to materials and coaching sessions until your account is up to date.

 

Refund Policy

No refund will be made for monthly payments. For annual payments a refund for remaining months will be considered should a justified reason be provided (illness, unforeseen circumstances beyond your control…)

Technical Support

I am committed to ensuring you can access the programme materials with ease. For any technical support please email me at lisa@yourenglishself.com and I’ll respond Monday to Friday, between 9am and 8pm (Central European Time), usually within 24 hours.

 

Privacy and Confidentiality

I take your privacy seriously.

  • Your data will be stored securely and never shared with third parties without your consent.

     

  • Payments are processed through secure third-party providers; I never see your financial information.

     

  • Please respect the confidentiality of others in the programme and do not share content, comments or session details outside of the group.

     

Intellectual Property

All programme materials are the intellectual property of Lisa Wood / Your English Self. You may use them for your own learning only.
Sharing, copying, or distributing materials to others (free or paid) is not permitted.
Sharing your login details or giving access to others will result in your removal from the programme without refund.

Feedback & Complaints

I welcome your feedback, both positive and/or helpful suggestions.
If you’d like to make a complaint, please send it in writing to lisa@yourenglishself.com. I’ll do my best to resolve any issues quickly and fairly.

Entire Agreement

These written terms form the full agreement between us concerning the delivery of the programme. They supersede any previous communications whether written or verbal .
If any part of them becomes invalid or unenforceable, such provision will be modified to the minimum extent necessary or removed, without affecting the remainder of the agreement.
These terms are governed by Spanish law. Any legal matters will be handled by the courts of Spain.
